1. Service Description
BzTrack is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for field workforce management, providing real-time GPS location tracking, task assignment and completion management, client visit tracking and verification, expense reimbursement management, team communication and engagement features, and reporting and analytics.
2. Account Registration
- The Organization Admin must provide accurate company information
- Each user must have a unique email address
- Users must keep their login credentials confidential
- Users must be at least 18 years of age
3. Getting Started
Create your organization and start using all features immediately. No credit card required to get started.
4. Data Ownership
You own your data. All data entered by your organization and users remains your property. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your data in any way. Upon account termination, you may request a data export within 30 days.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful workforce management purposes
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations
- Obtain proper consent from employees before enabling location tracking
- Not track employees outside their configured work hours
- Keep all login credentials confidential
- Report security incidents immediately
You must not:
- Use the service to track individuals without their knowledge or consent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the service
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service
6. Data Processing
- Purpose: We process personal data solely to provide the service
- Sub-processors: Google Cloud Platform (Firebase) — data stored in Mumbai (asia-south1)
- Security: Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control
- Breach notification: Within 72 hours of discovering a breach
- Data deletion: Within 30 days of account termination
7. Service Level
- We target 99.5% monthly uptime
- Scheduled maintenance: Sundays 2:00 AM – 6:00 AM IST
- Email support available for all users
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by your organization in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
9. Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Data is retained for 30 days after termination for export purposes
- After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted
- We may suspend your account for terms violation with 7 days written notice
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted through amicable negotiation (30 days). If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
